Start your weekend off right in the serene space that Signal Brewery provides. Flow from posture to posture, connecting with breath and community. For those of you who have attended classes in this beautiful space before, you know a certain kind of magic can be experienced here. *BYOM – Bring Your Own Mat*

The bar will be open for you to enjoy a beverage mat-side if you feel so inclined, or stay afterwards for a pint and some wood-fire pizza!

If this is your first class or event with Breathe & Balance, please fill out our waiver form before attending the virtual or in-person event.

Due to our limited capacity, full refunds are only offered for cancellations made 48 hours before the event starts to find someone else to fill the spot. Breathe & Balance will not provide refunds if a customer cancels their booking within 48 hours of the event. Customers have the option to transfer the booking to someone else if they cannot attend.
