Stephanie aka Tipsy Yogi has been teaching yoga for over 8years.

Stephanie’s passion lies in creating community through her yoga offerings and redefines what yoga can look like- hence the birth of her signature yoga class, “Tipsy Yoga”. Her playful approach to her teaching creates a welcoming environment for both new and seasoned yogis.

This class is exactly as it sounds- yoga in the snow.

Dress for the elements- boots, mitts,and all! Fuel your inner fire through breath work and gentle yoga postures- all from the great outdoors on Signal’s inviting patio overlooking the snow covered Moria River.

Fire pits will create ambiance and warmth, and don’t forget to stop in the brewery afterwards for an “Apres Yoga” refreshment.
